Report a missed bin

We're sorry your bin wasn't collected as expected.

Report a missed bin if:

• your bin was out by 7:00am and on the correct day. Bins not out on time will be emptied on your next scheduled collection
• it contains the correct items and is not overloaded. Bins with incorrect items will be emptied on your next scheduled collection if the items have been removed
• there's no service disruption alert for your area. Collections may be affected by operational issues or the weather. You can check for delays on our alerts page, Facebook and X

Once reported, we will try to collect your bin as soon as possible. Bins are collected between 7:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday (if missed on a Thursday it will be collected on Monday or Tuesday).
